05/12/2008: "Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa to be released in Imax"
Some may have wondered why the Madagascar sequel was left out of the DreamWorks-Imax deal announced back in November… well, wonder no longer for it was just announced that Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa would now also be getting an Imax release on November 7th! Under the terms of the agreement, the sequel will be digitally re-mastered for The IMAX Experience and play for a special release in IMAX theatres, including select new IMAX Digital theatres, which will begin rolling out this summer.
