01/13/2005 Archives: "Disney Channel's upcoming animated series and movies"

Toon Zone has information on Disney Channel's upcoming animated series and movies. New series include The Buzz on Maggie (June 2005), a comedy focusing on the world from the perspective of a fly named Maggie; Katbot (September 2005), about a robotic alien cat whose mission is to study tween culture; and The Emperor's New Skool (January 2006), whose synopsis was previously reported by Animated-News here. Meanwhile, new Disney Channel animated movies include Kim Possible: So the Drama (April 2005), revolving around the love triangle of Kim Possible, Ron Stoppable, and the school's newest boy; and The Proud Family Movie (August 2005), in which Penny and her family fall into the trap of a mad scientist, who is bent on getting the secret formula to Oscar's Proud Snacks, when they accept an all-expenses-paid vacation.
