Box Office Guru provides a Saturday update of the box office for Madagascar. On Friday, the CGI flick gathered an estimated $14.4 million. Considering that on holiday weekends, family films often gross less on Friday than they do on Saturday and Sunday, Madagascar should have no problem collecting $62-68 million over the four-day weekend, easily positioning it for the #2 slot in the weekend's top ten movies.
