Skwigly Animation Magazine reports on a scientific study investigating subjects' emotional response to various styles of robots that obtained some interesting results. These results are then applied to the reactions of the general public to the characters in several recent CGI movies, such as Shrek, The Incredibles, and The Polar Express.
