Coming Soon was invited to attend a sneak peek of numerous projects in the works at Sony Pictures Animation, including Open Season, Surf's Up, Hotel Transylvania and Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. The site summarizes the sights and sounds seen during the presentation, which featured clips from the noted films.

Speaking of Surf’s Up, its directors, Chris Buck and Ash Branon, recently spoke with SCI FI Wire, as did Hotel Transylvania directors, Anthony Stacchi and David Feiss. One conversation concerned the casting of Jeff Bridges in the Surf's Up role of The Geek, whereas the other conversation dealt with the plot and mood for Transylvania.
