10/05/2006 Archives: "Lucas talks Clone Wars"

George Lucas tells The Associated Press, via Daily Comet, that the television series Clone Wars could air as soon as next year, should it be sold to a network in time. The CGI follow-up to the 2003 traditionally-animated series of the same name will present all of the main characters from the Star Wars prequel trilogy. However, none of the actors from the films will return to voice their characters' animated incarnations.
