10/31/2006 Archives: "Don Hahn to take a "lengthy sabbatical" from Disney"

Producer Don Hahn is "taking a lengthy sabbatical" from Walt Disney Feature Animation, reports the Animation Guild Blog. The word was spread to animation staffers on Friday via an e-mail, in which Hahn explained that he needed a break. How long that absence will last is uncertain. In the meantime, the site also breaks the news that producing Rapunzel will be Roy Conli, who also produced The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Treasure Planet.
